The fires that devastated Kijiji slum adjacent to Kibera slum affected many of our families. Many of our donors rushed to aid these people by donating money to assist in the recovery of lost belongings and furnishings. The money has been a blessing to our affected families and a huge thanks goes to everyone who helped. Thankfully none of our families lost a life unlike some.

Benjamin Mbasa from Wanawake Kwa Wanawake has written an updated report about the gratitude of the families involved.
